I was recently able to tour the Annenberg Estate Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage California This the estate of Walter Annenberg built in 1966. For more information on this estate and its history go to the Sunnylands website. This one bedroom 25,000 sq ft home is designed by Quincy Jones. President Regan and Nixon golfed here often.
